cost and margin control, monthly, quarterly and annual financial goals.
This position requires an individual whose business acumen, work ethic and financial aptitude will enable them to guide the company and enhance the
effectiveness of others. We need someone that can:
Clearly define goals and milestones and ensure they are understood and embraced by all
Direct company operations to meet budget and other financial goals
Participate in raising capital including road shows, bank and analyst meetings, etc.
Develop operating policies to support overall company goals and objectives

Business Development Manager - We need a business development manager to help our advertising exchange sites succeed by securing new ad
publisher and brand advertising clients. The business development manager will help form, plan, coordinate and execute business development projects,
campaigns, business strategies and services.
Responsibilities will include:
Conduct intensive research pertaining to product placement, ad sales and client concerns
Develop and present proposals for opportunities with new and existing clients
Develop and manage relationships with high profile partners
Develop systems to provide world-class customer service to our clients
Ultimately, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue goals
Professional Characteristics Desired:
Ability to develop new business and senior level relationships with major brand advertisers
Ability to develop new business and senior level relationships with film and TV producers
The passion to be a leader at creating customer solutions and closing business
